About Karen Kesti

A no non-sense person with a loving personality and style, Karen (a Registered Nurse for over 30 years)is committed to providing valuable services to women, infants and familes.

Karen has worked exclusively as of 1981, in the areas of Obstetrics and Infant Care accumulating extensive experience ranging from the healthy newborn to high-risk infants. Her vast hospital experiences include: Stanford Hospital, Palo Alto; California Pacific Medical Center, San Francisco and Brigham & Women's Hospital, Boston.

In 1993, Karen identified that families with high-risk infants (twins, prematurity & neonatal intensive care babies) were in serious need of advice and help once their babies arrived home from the hospital.

Independent of the hospital setting, Karen began her private practice with this specific focus in mind. However, she soon broadened her assistance to include providing services for the healthy newborn and families throughout the first 12 months.

Karen is often referred by Pediatricians of families in need of more in-depth guidance and support and is frequently hired by single and dual working parents, families with twins and families with an older sibling.
